What type of information does Wallbrook collect?

While you are a Wallbrook customer, we manage information with regard to your account status, choice of services, and customer logs.  In addition, we may store customers’ electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of those communications.

How does Wallbrook use the information?

Wallbrook does not trade, rent or sell your personal information to any other organization or third party.

We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service for you. Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or promotional emails from Wallbrook by sending a request to unsubscribe@wallbrookhosting.com.  In this request, customers must identify their domain name and contact information.  Customers may not opt out of receiving information from Wallbrook which is essential for maintaining or updating customers account or system information.
